Triple M Metering Services thank you for this opportunity; therefore, we gladly submit our proposal for your consideration.

We are a professional metering company, specialising in both electricity and water. We pride ourselves on our level of service and this is evident in our ever growing portfolio of major realty and property development groups entrusting their electricity and water management of their buildings to us. We manage the city council account, sign on for the Bulk meter at the relevant city council and pay a deposit at city council. The National energy Regulator and city council prescribe the tariffs that must be used by Triple M Metering. Triple M physically reads the electricity and or water meters every month of every unit in the building/complex and tenants/owners will individually be billed for the consumption. If no individual water meters are installed in the building/complex we are more than willing to split the water bulk meter consumption according to the Body Corporate or management agent's specifications or needs. We maintain and test the electricity meters on a regular basis within the building/complex. Prepaid electricity is available to all our clients per building/complex or per unit in a complex.
